Andy is one of the owners who formed the business in 1996. His main responsibilities are to direct the business growth and to maintain its stability and sustainability. He is the figurehead for directing and mentoring senior staff and has a keen interest in ensuring the correct positioning of the business and the services it provides within its current and future markets.
John formed the business with Andy Cuthbertson in 1996 playing a key role in the business development. Today he is actively involved with Company sales and client liaison, keeping a keen focus on the estimating and pre-contract activity. John is also a figurehead for the health and safety of the business ensuring company policy is implemented and monitored.
Gordon leads Livis’ contract delivery function and is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards, in line with legislative and client requirements. He boasts an impeccable technical knowledge and advanced project management skills, gained from over twenty years industry experience across a range of prestigious contracts for Tier 1 contractors.
Gordon is an articulate, progressive and highly driven individual, dedicated to supporting the company’s future development. He is enthused by new projects and by working with a diverse range of clients across all sectors of the industry.
Barry joined the Company in 2002. Barry is responsible for all the commercial and contractual aspects of the business, plus ensuring good company liaison between the Livis and client commercial teams. As a member of the management team he works hand in hand with the rest of the team to ensure the successful daily operation of the company.
Head of Finance
Justine joined Livis in February 2009. Justine is responsible for the finance function of the business, financial reporting to the directors and stakeholders, budgeting, forecasting and capital investment. As a member of the management team she works hand in hand with the rest of the team to ensure the successful daily operation of the company.
Head of Company Operations
Lynn joined the company in 2002. Lynn is responsible for the HSEQ and Human Resources functions plus the implementation, monitoring and advising on the performance of the Company Management System and general business administration. As a member of the management team she works hand in hand with the rest of the team to ensure the successful daily operation of the company.
Kim joined Livis in 2009 and is currently the Estimating Manager. Kim is a diligent, versatile and vastly experienced member of the team, boasting circa 35 years commercial experience in the construction industry. His project portfolio is wide-ranging, having experience of bid managing a large number of high value projects for a range of Tier 1 contractors both in the UK and overseas.
Business Development Executive
Simon is responsible for the new business sector activity, market sector research, and supporting the Company Directors’ in the implementation of the business plan. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team he works very closely with the other team members to ensure the successful daily operation of the company.
