We invest in our people and their continuous development, recognising the important role they play in delivering high quality standards within a safety-critical environment. This is achieved by the development of our own training programmes and by ensuring that skills are kept up to date. We have a dedicated training co-ordinator who is responsible for ensuring that operatives have been trained to the required level of competence and that they are aware of the requirements to enable them to carry out their tasks safely and without injury.
